Blog Everyday in April (BEDA)

Now, i'm not sure if it's happening again this yeat but last year on youtube lots of vloggers did, 'Vlog Everyday In April' or VEDA for short :)
They also did Blog Everday in April and that brings me onto...
As i am useless and take ages to plan, make and edit vlog i thought i would take on the 'Blog Everyday In April 2010' challenge or BEDA for short :)


So yes I will be blogging every day in April about lots of things but i fear i may run out of things to say by this time next week. But will be having a few vlogs out this month so they will cover me for a few posts but i have  30 days and that meand 30 posts to get through. I come with news :)

Hi again. After that emotional blog i created a vlog to go with it to show why i love youtube so much and why I am utterly obsesed with it...



So yeah that was my video but after i editied this video together i realised there was so much more i could talk about so i have decided to start a new series of Videos all about the things i love about youtube. I know that sounds dull but i have ways to make it fun and it starts here. "Don't be sad that it's over, be glad it happened"

Warning: This post is incredibly soppy and emotional. I sound like a sap but it's all true xD

This last week has been a big one for me as a person. I know this sounds silly as I just met some youtubers and i'm claiming it has changed me completely but it really did make me think about myself for loads of reasons.
First of all, meeting Charlie and Alex was a massive thing for me as they are like idols to me. They are what i dream to be like, a 'famous' youtuber but still a really nice and normal person. The fact that i got to speak to them and spend the day around them was amzing as by the end of the day I felt as if i knew them better than just from my computer screen in my living room. Seeing how happy and excited Alex was by me wearing his badges and T shirt made me think how proud he must be to have something out that people really connect to. I want to be able to feel like that one day.
Another thing about that day was that I was myself, the normal me, the geeky, tired, lazy, nerdy, acne faced and strange teenager but with all these things i still managed to talk and make friends with two great girls, even after i was covered in fruit salad. This made me think that if these people can take me for what i am why can't I. I have, for a long time, longer than i can remember, hated who i am, my look, my personality, everything about me but if new people i have never met before and get to know are fine with my imperfections then i should be too.
Thirdly and most importantly, the moment i walked around the corner and saw Alex, the moment i spoke to him and he noticed my badges, the moment i saw and spoke to charlie, the live show and talking to Hannah and Clare after the show, the way I felt in those moments was so euphoric and great that i want to feel like that every day. Before this week i was a miserable person, i felt like the world was against me and i was feeling sorry for myself. But now, i just think back to those moments and think that if I make a go at things right now i could be in those situations all the time. Whether its meeting my idols, meeting new people or even making something that i am so proud of that connects with people, that feeling of happiness is so great that it is worth the hard work right now in my life.
The whole point of this blog is for people to see what i am really like and this is me. I am all the things i listed above but now i wanna change.
Now I am a happy and positive person who wants to make the most of the here and now to keep the feelings that i have felt this week.

I need to thanks a few very important people for helping me this week.

Most of all, James Ansell, one of my best friends, who went with me to London and shared in the feeling and emotion of the day and to whom i will always be grateful for going with me and being just as much of a fanboy (girl) as me. Thanks James *xD face!*

Thanks to Jack, Steph and Emily for putting up with me for talking about this all week and for not giving up on me in the last few weeks when i have been a miserable sod. thanks you :) x

Thanks to Hannah and Clare who helped me to see that I can make freinds, even if it is over a geeky obsession with 2 youtube stars. Can't wait to meet up with you again :) Thanks xx

New Charlieissocoollike T-shirt

So, today i got my new charlieissocoollike t-shirt and i also ordered a New Johnny Durham. Meaning most of my wardrobe is turning into Youtube related T-shirts :/

The Best Day Ever

Very few days in my life are good enough for me to say that they are one of the best days of my life. Yesterday joins those very few days.
Yesterday I went, with my friend James to London to watch the recording of The Zone an internet Tv Show. Its was the best.
A Rundown of the awesomness of Yesterday:

• Me and James wondering the streets of Londond
• Watching a street performer fail at an act
• Missing our tube stop (James' fault)
• James being a ninja (No longer James' fault)
• Getting lost on the way to the studios
• Finding the studios and wondering into Alex Day, Tom Milson and Ed Plant
• Talking to Alex Day
• Being in the small audience
• Meeting the Up your Viva man
• Seeing Charlieissocoollike
• Talking to Charlieissocoollike
• Watching Ed Plant perform and dancing with Alex Day and Tom Milson
• Watching Alex Day perform and James' moshing with Tom Milson
• Getting to know Hannah and Clare, cool people.
• Talking to Charlieissocool like some more, about how he had to learn his lines
• Going live on the internet
• Being chosen to be in the audience game
• Throwing fruit cocktail into a helmet bucket (hucket) on James' head while he throws it at me too. All of this while Charlieissocoollike, Tom Milson and Ed Plant are watching along with a live internet audience
• Sitting in a room with my hero, charlieissocoollike while covered in fruit cocktail and paint trying not to get any on him
• Later on, standing outside with Alex Day and Charlie, talking, getting photos and autographs and just being great
• Getting the tube back with Hannah and Clare talking about the whole day
• Sitting on Hannah and Clare's bench
• Quickly saying bye and running for our train
• Talking on the train about it 
• Still smiling after all this, I am so happy

Thats it, the whole day. Well most of the best bits anyway. In case anyone cares there are photos from the day on my facebook

OMG!

I have got 4 tickets to go and see 'The Zone' The new internet show be filmed live. This isn't only great because i get to see the host, CHARLIE MCDONNELL, the youtuber i love. But also Tom Milson and Alex Day are performing and i love them both :)

Only choice is now, who to take?

My Fun Day Filming

Ok, so i do Media A-Level and for our coursework we have to film a two minute film trailer. We have spent about two months doing pre-production stuff and now we have two and a half weeks to film.
We went into Birmingham to film and we started with the main shot we wanted.
This is where the problems start:
1) Person A, who is playing the main character is in a bad mood and being an idiot about doing the film and is making a meal out of it so we spend about 25 minutes getting this one shot

2) We then get told off by two security guards because you are allowed to film, BUT you are not allowed to let the tripod you are using touch the floor.
Fair enough, so we decide we can make the trailer, blair witch like, and then we can just use the camera free hand.
Because its like 1 now we went for lunch, where outside McDonalds, Person A decides to have a domestic with her sisters. Full on shouting and swearing in the street.

3) Me and Jack go to the shop to get away from the argument and when we come back, they are gone.

So it ended up that we went home and rewrote the script so that the main character is a man and we are gonna have to film in sutton after school.

Rant over.
